Matcha Panna Cotta

I developed this recipe on accident and it’s been a lifesaver for the days I need something quick, satisfying, energizing, and delicious. it tastes like a legit matcha ice cream but has the texture of a… soft tofu ☁️
just 3 ingredients:
•full fat coconut milk (I use aroy-d 100% coconut milk)
•matcha powder

the fat from the coconut milk combined with the collagen in the BWBK protein powder creates a luxuriously smooth texture… & it tastes like a TREAT.

3-Ingredient Matcha Panna Cotta
1C full fat coconut milk or cream (if you use reduced fat you will end up with more of jello vs a creamy panna cotta texture)
1.5 scoop Be Well By Kelly vanilla protein*
1 tsp matcha powder
blend all ingredients on medium for about 10 seconds. Do your best to keep blend time short! if you over-blend, a frothy layer will form over your panna cotta and the airy froth texture is < the creamy panna cotta texture (in my opinion!)
leave in fridge overnight to set. (Keep leftovers in the fridge!)

my simple skincare routine

1) *Leven Rose jojoba oil
massage this healing oil cleanser onto dry skin with dry, clean hands. then gently wipe it all off with damp (not soaked) cotton pads as seen in the video.
To dampen pads: run the cotton pads (or soft wash cloth - I love using these!) under lukewarm (not hot) water and squeeze out as much water as you can.
2) *Leven Rose rose water
immediately after oil cleansing, spritz onto the surface of the entire face - it calms, regulates facial oil production and reduces inflammation (acne is inflammation!)
3) Cocokind essence
spray 1 pump onto the face - it refreshes, hydrates, and even prepares your skin to take in what product follows it
4) Acure Beauty squalene oil
use 1 pump to cover the surface of the face - this final product locks in all the moisture from rose water/essence. Squalane oil is actually naturally occurring in the body but production decreases as we age.
my 3-year old’s skincare regimen
Is basically just steps 1 & 2. usually just step 1. her face gets so clean (easily removes all food residue) and stays so fresh and hydrated from the Leven Rose jojoba oil cleanse!

1/2 c frozen organic strawberries
1 c coconut milk (or milk of choice)
