  1. Melt the tallow in a small saucepan over low heat.

  2. Once fully melted, remove from heat.

  3. Stir in the chocho powder until smooth.

  4. Add the vanilla protein powder and mix thoroughly until glossy and well combined.

  5. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined dish.

  6. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.

  7. Slice into bars.

Store in the refrigerator for best texture.
