Rose Apple Ginger Jujube Tea
The gentle aroma of rose, the sweetness of apple and jujubes, and the warmth of fresh ginger make this a recipe my children genuinely look forward to. They happily eat every last piece of softened fruit.
One of the things I love most about this recipe is its simplicity. Everything cooks together in one pot, filling the kitchen with a beautiful fragrance while creating a warm drink that's easy to prepare.
Whether you're looking to begin a nourishing family tradition or simply want another runny nose day recipe to keep in your collection, when symptoms hit, I hope this one blesses your home as much as it has ours.

Method
Add the water, jujube dates, ginger and rose buds to a saucepan.
Bring to a gentle boil.
Add the chopped apple.
Reduce the heat and simmer until the fruit is soft and the broth is fragrant. (15-20 min)
Strain if desired, or serve with the softened fruit.
Allow to cool to a comfortable drinking temperature before serving. Add raw honey after the tea has cooled slightly if using.
(Honey can help with the spice of the ginger and helps with the detox process.)
Enjoy for 3 days. Consistency + quality of ingredients is key.
I hope you and yours enjoy this together and lean into the comfort of slowing down together.
Soli Deo Gloria.
